Modern worship band Hillsong UNITED presents We're All In This Together, a feature-length social justice documentary that was filmed over a period of two years and releases on Sparrow Records July 26. Following theatre screenings of the DVD last year in North America, Europe, Australia, Asia, South Africa and New Zealand, the project is available now for the first time on DVD and includes the full two-hour film documentary, five UNITED music videos, plus a bonus CD of 10 UNITED songs, including “The Stand,” “Hosanna” and “From The Inside Out.” (See full track listing below.)
The We're All In This Together DVD follows UNITED as they travel across six continents, 42 nations and 93 cities in a cross-cultural journey of music, animation, interviews and live action, documenting stories of hope, love, loss and sacrifice. As UNITED crisscross the globe they are confronted, and ultimately overwhelmed, by the stories of remarkable individuals facing injustice and the uncomfortable paradox of being united in worship, yet divided in circumstance. We're All In This Together is the band’s hopeful response, knowing that if their entire focus is directed only to what happens on stage, then they have missed the point altogether. The film demonstrates the potential impact of showing the love of God toward others - not just to preach the Good News, but together, to be the Good News.
“I am convinced that this film is a catalyst to change lives, to change perceptions, to influence and inspire churches and to equip generations,” says Brian Houston, Hillsong Church Sr. Pastor. “Pastors, I pray you will get a hold of this film and share it with those in your congregations, encouraging the people around you to take personal responsibility for their part in the greater story. The We're All In This Together film is about meeting the real needs of humanity in practical ways. It is about loving one another and the timeless message that Jesus died for EVERYONE that we might live life to its fullest.”

Born out of the Youth Movement of Australia’s Hillsong Church, and fronted by worship leaders Joel Houston, Jad Gillies and Jonathon “JD” Douglass, the UNITED team is also an evolving collaboration of pastors, worship leaders, musicians and songwriters - all intentional about giving voice to a generation passionate about God. Having led worship in churches, stadiums and open fields around the world, UNITED’s AFTERMATH is the first new album from the band in over two years. The recording sparked the band’s biggest radio hit to date, “Search My Heart,” and offers an unabashedly creative collection of new songs that celebrates the One who saves, redeems and is the true representation of Hope in a world where hopelessness abounds.
